Dear Bill:

Today as I celebrate Mass, the sun striking the stained glass windows and the brilliant colors streaming throughout the church, I couldn't help but reflect back a year. The Parish buildings and grounds committee was reviewing proposals for the important task of restoring the 39 stained glass windows in our nearly 100 year old church. The priorities seemed clear enough, 1) restore the windows while maintaining their historic and artistic value, 2) provide outer protection for the windows that would also allow for energy conservation, 3) allow for minimal disruption of the events in the church during restoration, 4) provide a plan that would be within our financial means. We reviewed the various proposals from four different companies with their company representatives. After looking at various locations in our area and additional evaluation by a stained glass consultant, we unanimously chose Reinarts. With the work completed, we are most happy that we chose your company to do the job.

We believe our priorities were not only fulfilled, but exceeded in the work your crew did on the project. Steve, Adam, Todd and Tony did an amazing amount of quality work that speaks well of your company's dedication to customer satisfaction. They are also to be congratulated on their friendly and helpful personalities. One of the highest compliments that could be given to your crew was offered by one of our older parishioners. After surveying the work being done she confidently said, "Father, it's great to know that somebody has preserved that 'old world' craftsmanship." Certainly, the specifications of the contract were fulfilled and, indeed, exceeded. Many, many more pieces of mismatched and broken glass were replaced than had been estimated on the proposal. Unforeseen bracing and time consuming rebuilding of the rose windows was accomplished with precision and at no added cost. Your promise, Bill, that there would be no hidden extra charges, was just as you had said. We cannot say enough about the quality of the work performed and the value that was received for the cost.

Parishioners and visitors comment regularly on the beauty of the windows. After restoration, the colors are richer and more vivid than anyone can ever remember. Also, the exterior perimeter framing and protective glass has enhanced the windows, giving the outside of the building a new dimension.

Bill, I would like to thank you, for the help you gave us on this project. We never felt like you were giving us the "hard sell", rather you told us what needed to be done and how your company would accomplish it and in a clear, unpressured manner.

I have mentioned your name to several pastors in the area and recommended Reinarts Studios to them as they think about their stained glass windows. If I could ever answer questions for prospective customers, don't hesitate to give them my name and number.
